Benvenuti! I’m Diane—better known as “Mama D”—and I am so proud to share my family’s centuries-old Italian recipes, originally passed down from my grandmother in Salerno, Italy. After years of cooking these cherished dishes for my husband and seven children back in New York, our family relocated to Southern California and opened our doors.
For over 38 years, we have been serving the South Bay our authentic, time-tested Italian cuisine, treating every guest with the same warmth and love we share at our own dining table.

Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Friday & Saturday from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Danny provided outstanding service, and the food was absolutely fantastic! One of the highlights for our family was the kids' "make your own pizza" option, where they were able to spread the dough, add the pizza sauce, and sprinkle on the cheese exactly how they wanted. It was such a fun and interactive experience for them.
The restaurant is incredibly family-friendly, and both the staff and the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made our visit memorable. Our experience was so enjoyable that our kids had such a great time, they begged us to come back—and we happily returned just two days later. Mama D’s has always held a very special place in my heart. But this experience has to be the most memorable. We had the honor of having Gerson as our waiter, and he has made our standards skyrocket after last night. The food was and always is phenomenal but Gerson truly made our expectations higher.
